21 Day Challenge - Day 1

I've really enjoyed looking at other illustrator's blogs who are taking the 21 day challenge. Check out Chickengirl's site when you get a chance. She's one of my favorites! So, I've decided to take on the challenge too. For my challenge, I'll be posting a sketch every day, and I'm going to try to show some activity or movement in my characters. Maybe some days I'll do them in color, but for now the plan is just sketches. Plus, I'm working on new ways to draw eyes. Recently, I was told by an art rep that the big eyes I have in my illustrations disturbed her a bit. Hmmm. She's a bit too sensitive, maybe. Either way, it's always good to try new things.
