New illo based on a sketch a doodle dooo sketch

I'm way late on my Sketch a Doodle Dooo today. I spent the day working on this. It's the color version of a sketch I did April 3rd. I like how it turned out. Very festive & colorful.  I'll post today's sketch in a bit.
